On Thursday, Love Hewitt was left to wait in line with the rest of the fans who showed up for Paul McCartney’s “secret” performance at Amoeba Records in Hollywood.
The snub by McCartney wouldn’t have been so bad if the names of the people who received VIP treatment wouldn’t have been mentioned.
According to TMZ, Sir Paul’s guests included the likes of “Alanis Morissette, who was spotted driving around the building with Woody Harrelson, while Kenny G and his lady breezed in through the store’s side entrance.”
Kenny G? That’s not a good sign when you’re below the “Breathless” musician.
Nevertheless, Jennifer handled herself well, signing autographs for the rest of the non-VIP’s waiting to be admitted to the show.

The fiercely popular HBO dramedy Sex and the City has been in reruns and syndication for awhile now. But there’s hope on the horizon for some new material from cable’s four sexiest ladies, according to Sarah Jessica Parker.
Parker spilled the beans that there was a movie in the works to pick up where the show left off. This comes after months and months of negotiations and ego stroking by the producers and studio execs.
“I’m hopeful and very excited about it,” Parker told press this week. They’ve finally gotten all four of the ladies to consent. It’s been since 2004 – when the series finale hit cable – that we’ve seen any new material from the show.
Initially it was Kim Cattrall that was holding things up. “She was waiting for more money to be offered before she would consent to a movie,” a source told press.
But according to SJP, the movie is in pre-production. “As far as I know all of the actresses want to be together again for this movie,” she said. We can’t wait!

The Sex and the City star, who wore McQueen’s creations both on and off-screen, has expressed her shock after hearing that the 40-year-old — real name Lee McQueen — reportedly took his own life at his London flat.
A statement from Parker reads: “I am shocked and overcome with grief upon learning about the untimely death of the quiet genius Alexander McQueen. My heart goes out to his family and all those who worked for and with him.
“There has never been anyone like him. And there simply never will be. What is more devastating is that, despite all his success thus far, creatively, critically and commercially, his greatest achievements lay ahead of him. The future would be whatever he hoped to make of it.
“In my brief but honored time spent with him I learned he would never let even the tiniest and seemingly inconsequential detail be unfinished. That’s why his death is so haunting. Godspeed, Lee. It has been a privilege for all of us to know you.”

Love Hewitt and Stone America are in the process of attempting to secure an exclusive retailer relationship and/or a master apparel license. The plan is for “Timeless” to begin as an apparel line, expanding into other areas to include, but not limited to, accessories, health and beauty, and jewelry.

“In the craziness of growing up in this industry and being a child star, I always felt safe at home… The beauty about going to see a baseball game is you have 40,000 people concentrated on one result. So it’s easy to leave everything behind and focus on what’s happening – which is your team. I think that for me, if I had the choice of going to a club and (start) underage drinking, I chose the sporting event everytime.”
